This may be cash, or store gift card, a product, access to a free subscription, etc. You'll always see this type of reward displayed on the study details page before you apply, so you can comfortably decide if the incentive is a good fit for you. You will receive an email after the completion of your study to provide more information on how to reedem your reward.
Your incentives typically arrive within a day or two after a session. However, keep in mind that researchers do have up to 20 business days after the session to release your payment. We give them a bit of extra time as they might need to coordinate with moderators, review task-based studies, manually issue your payment, and so on. Thanks for your patience!
We offer several payment methods for our research participants, including gift cards and cash. Participants who are selected for studies with a gift card incentive can select a gift card of their choice from a list of vendors. Alternatively, participants chosen for a cash study will be paid in their local currency via bank transfer currently.
We are actively working to introduce more payment options to cater to the varied needs of our participants and ensure a smooth payment experience.
At this time, you can send an email to indicate that you no longer wish to be part of our participant community.
We often invite more candidates to participate in our studies than there are available spaces, as we anticipate that some may be unavailable. To maintain fairness, we send participation emails to all approved candidates. The slots are filled by those who respond the fastest.
If the researcher is open to participant-suggested timings, you'll have the opportunity to propose different time options for consideration!
Prior to the commencement of the study, an electronic contract outlining the details and responsibilities of your participation will be sent to you. This document is designed to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of what your involvement entails.
You can only contact a researcher if you are scheduled for their study.
